    4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    4 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar, divided
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee thyme
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee whole almonds, chopped
    2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced
    Hy-Vee cinnamon

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fillets in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    2. In a food processor, combine olive oil, garlic, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pulse until a thick paste forms.
    3. Spread paste on the top of each fillet. Top evenly with chopped almonds and peaches. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and cinnamon.
    4. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickest part of fillet flakes easily.
