2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil | ||
1 tsp. minced garlic | ||
4 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar, divided | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee thyme | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee whole almonds, chopped | ||
2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced | ||
Hy-Vee cinnamon |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fillets in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- In a food processor, combine olive oil, garlic, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pulse until a thick paste forms.
- Spread paste on the top of each fillet. Top evenly with chopped almonds and peaches. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickest part of fillet flakes easily.
