Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove meatloaf from easy peel package and place in metal oven pan provided. Bake on the center rack for 40 minutes.

- Silicone pastry brush
- Meat thermometer
- Serving platter
Carefully remove from the oven and drain off excess juices. Brush Thai chili sauce over the top of meatloaf.
Place back into the oven and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until meatloaf reaches 165 degrees as measured by a meat thermometer.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving, carefully remove from the metal pan and place on a platter. Drizzle with additional Thai chili sauce, if desired.
