    1 tsp. Hy-Vee onion powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 tbsp. chipotle chile powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee seasoned salt
    2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large resealable bag, combine onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, seasoned salt and brown sugar.
    2. Add fillets to the bag. Shake gently to evenly coat fillets. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
    3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Remove fillets from bag and discard bag. Place fillets on foil. Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
