    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 tbsp. water
    2 large yellow zucchini squash, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices
    2 large green zucchini squash, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar and water.
    2. In a 2-gallon resealable plastic bag, combine vinegar mixture and zucchini slices. Seal bag. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours. Turn over two or three times while marinating.
    3. Remove zucchini from marinade. Discard marinade.
    4. Heat coals or gas grill for indirect heat. Grill zucchini 4 to 5 inches from medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
