    6 c.Hy-Vee Cinni-Mini Crunch cereal
    ¾ c.firmly packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ¾ c.Hy-Vee butter
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee vanilla
    2 c.Hy-Vee dry-roasted peanuts

    Directions

    1. Pour cereal onto a greased cookie sheet.
    2. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
    3. Pour over cereal; toss to coat evenly. Stir in peanuts. Let stand until completely cooled. Store in a tightly covered container.
