1 (9 oz) bag Dole Sunflower Ranch salad kit | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder | ||
⅛ tsp. ground cumin | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee kernel corn, drained | ||
2 (4 oz each) chicken breasts, cooked and chopped | ||
10 cherry tomatoes, halved |
Directions
- Place salad kit into large bowl. Remove sunflower kernels and salad dressing.
- In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing, chili power and cumin. Set aside.
- Add beans, corn, chicken and tomatoes to salad. Stir in salad dressing and sunflower kernels before serving.
