2 tbsp.low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp.Gourmet Garden® basil herb blend
1 lbs.lean ground beef
4 slice(s)Hy-Vee mozzarella cheese
4ciabatta rolls

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine tomatoes, mayonnaise and basil. Process until smooth.
  2. Combine beef and tomato mixture mixing until just blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties, uncovered, over medium heat, approximately 14 to 18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning once.
  4. Top each burger with cheese, serving each on a ciabatta roll.
