    2 tbsp. Primal Kitchen cilantro lime dressing
    6 oz. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded
    2 tsp. Mrs. Dash fiesta lime seasoning
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts diced tri-colored peppers
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts diced red onions
    ½ (10-oz.) bag Hy-Vee frozen brown rice, cooked according to package directions and cooled
    ½ (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
    Hy-Vee Short Cuts guacamole, for serving
    Chobani Savor plain yogurt, for serving

    Directions

    1. Mix kale and cabbage with dressing. Season chicken with Mrs. Dash seasoning.

    2. Assemble in 2 bowls by layering kale and cabbage, chicken, peppers, onions, rice, beans.

    3. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 to 5 days. To serve, top with guacamole or yogurt if desired.
