Summer Breeze Rice Pudding

|1 (4 serving) pkg sugar-free instant banana pudding mix|
|2 c. skim milk|
|2 c. cold cooked rice|
|1 c. (1 medium) diced banana|
|1 ½ c. fresh raspberries|
|6 tbsp. Cool Whip Lite, thawed|
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and skim milk.
- Stir in rice. Gently fold in banana and raspberries.
- Evenly spoon mixture into 6 dessert dishes. Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
