Insert a toothpick into the top of the produce for easy handling. Brush a thin layer of egg whites onto each piece of produce. Dip produce into sugar; set aside and allow to dry for at least 1 hour.
Arrange fruit centerpiece in large decorative bowl or a series of cake stands.
