Hy-Vee Bakery sugar cookies make the perfect crust for a teeny tiny fruit tart. Use your favorite fruits and berries.

4 oz. cream cheese, softened | ||
2 c. powdered sugar | ||
1 tsp. vanilla extract | ||

12 fresh strawberries, stems removed and fanned, divided | ||
12 fresh raspberries, divided | ||
48 fresh blueberries, divided | ||
12 mandarin oranges, divided | ||
12 kiwi slices, divided |
Directions
- To make cream cheese frosting, beat together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar one cup at a time until smooth and creamy. Beat in the vanilla extract and lemon zest.
- Using an offset spatula, spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream cheese frosting on each cookie. Decorate each cookie with 1 fanned strawberry, 1 raspberry, 4 blueberries, 1 mandarin orange and 1 kiwi slice.
