Stuffed Pizza Bites
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (13.8 oz) can Hy-Vee refrigerated pizza crust|
|4 Hy-Vee mozzarella string cheese, each quartered|
|16 slice(s) Hy-Vee pepperoni|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee dried Italian seasoning|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese|
|Hy-Vee pizza sauce, warmed|
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13-inch glass pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Unroll dough, pressing out to form a 12-by-8-inch rectangle. Cut into 16 rectangles. Top each rectangle with a string cheese piece and a pepperoni slice. Wrap dough around filling to completely cover; firmly press edges to seal. Place seam-side-down in prepared pan.
- In small bowl, combine oil and Italian seasoning; mix well. Brush over filled dough and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
