    4 bell peppers
    ½ lbs. ground beef
    ½ c. chopped onion
    1 can(s) tomato soup, divided
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
    2. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain grease.
    3. Add half can of tomato soup. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, cooked rice, salt and pepper. Stuff as much into peppers as possible.
    4. Place peppers into a 9-by-9-inch baking dish. Spoon remaining stuffing and soup over the top.
    5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
