    1 (12 oz) pkg jumbo shell macaroni, uncooked
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee low-fat lemon yogurt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    1 Hy-Vee savory rotisserie chicken, shredded
    1 ½ c. Red Flame seedless grapes, halved
    1 stalk(s) celery, finely diced
    ¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee pecan halves
    4 large lettuce leaves
    2 tbsp. creamy poppyseed salad dressing

    Directions

    1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
    2. In medium bowl, combine yogurt and ginger. Add chicken, grapes, celery and pecans. Mix well.
    3. Stuff spoonfuls of chicken mixture into macaroni shells. Serve stuffed shells over lettuce and drizzle with salad dressing.
