|3 c.||water, divided|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|1||(0.44-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee sugar-free strawberry gelatin|
|1||(8-oz.) container Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed|

Cool cake in the pan on a wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes.
Poke holes in cake with end of wooden spoon or a fork.
Combine gelatin with 1 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour evenly over cake. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, top with whipped topping.
