1 c. That’s Smart! frozen cauliflower, cooked and cooled
½ c. Hy-Vee nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ c. Hy-Vee unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
¼ Hy-Vee almond extract
Hy-Vee sliced almonds, for garnish
Gluten free honey graham crackers, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine 1-1/2 cups strawberries, cauliflower, yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract and almond extract in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

  2. Divide into two serving bowls. Garnish with additional strawberries, almonds and graham crackers, if desired.
