Directions

  1. Place strawberries, tea bags, honey, and mint leaves in a 1-1/2-to-2-quart glass measuring cup. Pour 4 cups boiling water over berry mixture; let stand 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.

  2. Cover and refrigerate tea mixture at least 2 hours. Strain tea and serve in tall ice-filled glasses. Garnish with additional strawberry slices and mint leaves, if desired.
