    ½ c. Full Circle Market frozen organic whole strawberries, thawed; plus chopped strawberries, for garnish
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
    ½ c. Full Circle Market organic virgin coconut oil
    4 tsp. Swerve confectioner's sugar replacement
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee sugar-free strawberry gelatin dessert.
    ½ c. Full Circle Market almond flour

    Directions

    1. Place strawberries in a food processor. Cover and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, coconut oil, sugar replacement, and gelatin dessert. Cover and pulse until combined. Add almond flour; cover and pulse until just combined. Cover and chill 2 hours.

    2. Scoop mixture into 1-1/2 tablespoon balls; place onto plastic-lined rimmed tray. Cover and freeze 4 hours. 

    3. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. If desired, top with chopped strawberries.
