20 Hy-Vee vanilla wafers, divided | ||
2 Jell-O vanilla pudding snack cups, divided | ||
1 c. strawberry whipped topping, thawed, divided |
Directions
- In each of 4 parfait glasses, scoop 1/4 cup ice cream.
- Crush 16 vanilla wafers, reserving 4 whole wafers.
- Layer 1 tablespoon crushed wafers and 2 tablespoons pudding over each glass of ice cream. Top each with 1/4 cup remaining ice cream and 1 tablespoon wafer crumbs. Spoon 1/4 cup whipped topping on each parfait and garnish with remaining whole wafers.
- Serve immediately.
