Strawberry Cream Mini Cakes

Description
Create picture-perfect layers with slices of berries, ladyfingers and cream using the 5 Minute Stackable Appetizer Maker.

1 c. sliced fresh strawberries | ||
2 tbsp. strawberry glaze | ||
1 (8 oz) container mascarpone cheese | ||
½ (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed | ||
30 ladyfingers | ||
Mint leaves, optional |
Directions
- Toss berries with glaze; set aside.
- Fold mascarpone cheese into whipped topping. Reserve for topping.
- Layer ladyfingers in bottom of Appetizer Maker. Spread some whipped topping mixture on top; add layer of fresh strawberries. Repeat layers, topping with remaining ladyfingers. Spoon reserved topping mixture on top. If desired, garnish with mint leaves.
