Strawberry Cream Mini Cakes
Create picture-perfect layers with slices of berries, ladyfingers and cream using the 5 Minute Stackable Appetizer Maker.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 c.||sliced fresh strawberries|
|2 tbsp.||strawberry glaze|
|1||(8 oz) container mascarpone cheese|
|½||(8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed|
|Mint leaves, optional|
- Toss berries with glaze; set aside.
- Fold mascarpone cheese into whipped topping. Reserve for topping.
- Layer ladyfingers in bottom of Appetizer Maker. Spread some whipped topping mixture on top; add layer of fresh strawberries. Repeat layers, topping with remaining ladyfingers. Spoon reserved topping mixture on top. If desired, garnish with mint leaves.
