    2 small bananas
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
    1 (8 ounce) container Hy-Vee low-fat strawberry yogurt
    Ice cubes, optional

    Directions

    1. Break bananas into chunks and place into blender. Add milk, strawberries and yogurt.
    2. Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, add ice cubes for a frostier smoothie.
    3. Serve immediately.
