Strawberry Banana Delight
Servings and Ingredients
|2 fat-free vanilla pudding cups|
|6 oz. fat-free vanilla yogurt|
|1 prepared angel food cake, torn into bite-sized pieces|
|1 pt. fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered, reserve 5 quartered strawberries for garnish|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee strawberry preserves|
|1 banana, peeled and sliced|
|Hy-Vee lite whipped topping, thawed|
- Mix pudding and yogurt together. Set aside.
- Divide half the angel food cake pieces among 5 glass custard cups. Place 3 tablespoons pudding mixture in each custard cup and top each with 2 tablespoons strawberries. Divide sliced bananas and remaining cake pieces among custard cups.
- Top each custard cup with a dollop of whipped topping and a reserved strawberry quarter for garnish.
