Directions
Make French Toast: Spread cream cheese evenly on each slice of bread. Place strawberries on top of four slices and top with remaining bread.
Spray a 12-inch skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Whisk together egg and milk in a shallow dish.
Dip sandwiches into the egg mixture. Place sandwiches in skillet and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve with Strawberry Chia Syrup.
