    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash minced onion medley seasoning blend, divided
    1 (12 oz) pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables
    ½ c. low-sodium chicken broth
    2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    2 c. hot, cooked brown rice

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet.
    2. Add chicken and 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash™ seasoning. Cook over medium heat until chicken is tender and no longer pink in the center, about 4 minutes. Stir often.
    3. Add frozen vegetables. Cover and heat over medium-high heat until vegetables are heated, about 5 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, combine chicken broth, 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning, soy sauce, cornstarch and sesame oil. Add to pan and stir well until sauce thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    5. Serve over cooked rice.
