|1 head(s)||cabbage, washed and shredded|
|2 tbsp.||cooking oil|
|Sea salt, pepper and vinegar, to taste|
- Heat oil in skillet or wok until hot.
- Add shredded cabbage. Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry cabbage for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper and a little vinegar. Stir constantly until tender-crisp.
