    1 (1-lbs.) pkg. Hy-Vee Short Cuts stir-fry veggies
    4 c. Culinary Tours Ramen broth
    2 (3-oz. each) pkgs. Maruchan shrimp ramen noodle soup, discard seasoning packet
    1 (1-lbs.) pkg. Hy-Vee Fish Market raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    Fresh cilantro, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add vegetables. Cook and stir until fork-tender, about 5 minutes.

    2. Add ramen broth to stockpot. Bring to a simmer. Add ramen noodles, reserving seasoning packet for another use, and shrimp. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until ramen is cooked through and shrimp are opaque. Remove from stovetop and divide between serving bowls. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro
