    1 small lemon, sliced; plus additional for garnish
    1 tbsp. Morton & Basset lavender spice

    2 oz. Honey-Lavender Syrup, divided
    12 oz. Stella Rosa Stella Berry sparkling wine, divided
    Fresh raspberries, for garnish
    Edible flowers, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine water, honey, lemon slices, and lavender spice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 18 to 20 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 3/4 cup. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl; discard lemon slices and lavender. 

    2. For cocktails, add 1 oz. lavender syrup to 2 (10-oz. each) ice-filled stemless wine glasses. Top each glass with 6-oz. wine. Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemon slices, and edible flowers, if desired. 

    3. Cover remaining syrup and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
