Directions
Cut pizza crust into 6 (6x4-inch each) rectangles. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture and 1/2 oz. cheese onto center of each rectangle. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 to 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut a small slit into tops; lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
