1 (8 oz) package Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
⅔ c. diced roasted red pepper
½ c. minced green onion
1 tsp. fresh dill
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
1 tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
1 tsp. cumin
4 (8 oz each) packages baby bella mushrooms, or about 40 mushrooms

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine sour cream and cream cheese; stir in roasted red pepper, green onions and spices.
  2. Remove stem from mushrooms and clean. Stuff each mushroom with about 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture and serve.
