    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs, divided

    Directions

    1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add noodles; cook 2 minutes. Stir in included seasoning. Add frozen vegetables; cook 1 minute. Crack 1 egg into a cup. Slip egg into noodle mixture; repeat with 1 more egg. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until egg whites are completely set. Divide mixture into bowls.
