Spring Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

|1||cucumber, seeded and sliced|
|2 c.||shredded cooked chicken breast|
|1||lemon, zested and juiced|
|¼ c.||extra-virgin olive oil|
|1 tbsp.||chopped fresh basil|
|1||garlic clove, minced|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|

- In a large bowl, toss together salad blend, cucumber and chicken.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon zest and juice, oil, basil, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.
