    1 c. green grapes
    ½ c. fresh blueberries
    2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
    2 c. cantaloupe chunks
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee orange juice concentrate
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    2 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped
    ½ (12 oz) pound cake, cubed

    Directions

    1. Toss grapes, blueberries, pineapple and cantaloupe together.
    2. In a small bowl, stir together juice concentrate, honey and basil. Add to fruit mixture; toss gently to coat.
    3. Meanwhile, place pound cake cubes on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, stirring twice.
    4. Top fruit mixture with pound cake cubes.
