1 lbs. beef flank steak, scored and pounded to 12 inches by 8 inches | ||
½ tsp. Spice Islands garlic powder | ||
½ tsp. Spice Islands medium-grind black pepper | ||
3 c. fresh baby spinach, lightly packed | ||
⅓ c. freshly grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Cook bacon; drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle one side of steak with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Top with bacon, spinach and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll up starting from short side. Secure with skewers at 1-inch intervals, starting 1/2-inch from one end.
- Cut between skewers into 8 slices.
- Grill 10-12 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
