Spinach Berry Salad
Servings and Ingredients
|6 c. spinach leaves|
|2 c. sliced strawberries|
|½ red onion, thinly sliced|
|1 1 (12 fl oz) Hy-Vee HealthMarket organic raspberry vinaigrette|
|Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste|
- Combine spinach, strawberries, onion and walnuts in a bowl. Toss salad with the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
