Directions

  1. Stir together mashed potatoes and dip in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until temperature reaches 165 degrees, stirring halfway through. Carefully uncover and transfer to a serving bowl; top with chives.
