¾ c. Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained | ||
½ c. finely chopped onion | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar jack cheese | ||
1 (6 oz) Hy-Vee deep-dish pie crust, thawed | ||
4 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine spinach, onion and cheese in pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ground mustard, flour, salt and black pepper. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
