    4 oz. gin
    4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
    6 fresh strawberries
    2 tbsp. Culinary Tours habanero and apricot preserves
    Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Dip the rims of 2 (8-oz. each) cocktail glasses in water then immediately dip in kosher salt. Fill prepared glasses with ice and set aside.

    2. Add gin, grapefruit juice, strawberries, and preserves to a cocktail shaker. Muddle mixture, using a muddler or a spoon until berries are broken up. Add ice to shaker glass and shake vigorously until chilled. 

    3. Strain mixture into prepared serving glasses and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig, if desired.
