Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional

Directions

  1. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9-inch round serving dish. Stir taco seasoning into sour cream. Spread over beans. Top sour cream layer with salsa. Top salsa with cheese. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Serve with Hy-Vee tortilla chips if desired.
