½ large yellow onion, chopped | ||
1 lbs. Hy-Vee Smooth & Cheesy, cubed | ||
1 (15.5 oz) jar Hy-Vee chunky salsa | ||
1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee diced green chilies, undrained | ||
Hy-Vee tortilla chips, for serving |
Directions
- Brown sausage with onion in a large skillet. Drain well and transfer to a slow cooker.
- Stir in Smooth & Cheesy, salsa and green chilies.
- Cover and cook on LOW until cheese is melted, about 1 hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
