    1 ½ lbs. spicy Italian sausage
    ½ large yellow onion, chopped
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee Smooth & Cheesy, cubed
    1 (15.5 oz) jar Hy-Vee chunky salsa
    1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee diced green chilies, undrained
    Hy-Vee tortilla chips, for serving

    Directions

    1. Brown sausage with onion in a large skillet. Drain well and transfer to a slow cooker.
    2. Stir in Smooth & Cheesy, salsa and green chilies.
    3. Cover and cook on LOW until cheese is melted, about 1 hour.
    4. Serve with tortilla chips.
