    ¾ c. cucumber, chopped, plus thinly sliced cucumber ribbons for garnish
    ¼ c. fresh jalapeno, sliced
    3 oz. tequila
    2 oz. orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
    2 oz. fresh lime juice
    1 oz. fresh orange juice
    ½ oz. agave nectar

    • Fine-mesh strainer
    • Wooden skewers, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Place smoked salt in a shallow dish. Dip the rims of two 6-oz. glasses in water and immediately dip into smoked salt; set aside. 

    2. Combine chopped cucumbers, jalapeno slices, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, orange juice, and agave nectar in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Strain mixture, then pour into prepared glasses. Thread skewers with cucumber ribbons for garnish, if desired.
