⅓ c. Hy-Vee milk | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded taco or pepper jack cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained well |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Stir together mix, egg and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in cheese and tomatoes. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
