    ¼ c.Hy-Vee butter
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee flour
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee dry mustard
    ½ tsp.cayenne pepper
    1 ½ c.Hy-Vee skim milk
    1(8 oz) pkg Hoffman's pepper jack cheese, shredded
    1(8 oz) pkg Hoffman's super-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    Melba snacks or Wholesome Harvest sweet wheat baguette, cut into bite-size pieces, optional

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and cayenne pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in cheeses. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
    3. Transfer to a fondue pot and place over low heat or transfer to a slow cooker and keep warm on the LOW setting. Serve fondue with Melba snacks or bread, if desired.
