|½ c.||red bell pepper , chopped|
|8 oz.||Hy-Vee tri-color rotini, cooked and drained|
|1||(16-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee frozen corn, thawed|
|1||(12-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided|
|1||(10.75-oz.) can cream of celery soup|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee sour cream|

Brown sausage and ground beef with bell peppers in a large skillet. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Stir in rotini, corn, 2 cups cheese, soup and sour cream. Pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
