Spicy Beef and Cheese Dip
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs. Velveeta made with 2% milk, cubed|
|1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained|
|½ lbs. lean ground beef, browned and drained|
|Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional|
- Combine Velveeta, Rotel and ground beef in a 1-1/2-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and dip is hot, 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
