    1(10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
    ½ lbs.lean ground beef, browned and drained
    Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine Velveeta, Rotel and ground beef in a 1-1/2-quart slow cooker.
    2. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and dip is hot, 1 to 2 hours.
    3. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
