¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
1 Hy-Vee cinnamon stick | ||
4 whole cloves | ||
¼ tsp. ground cardamom | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground nutmeg | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk |
Directions
- Bring water to a boil. Add tea bags, ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, sugar and honey. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Strain through a strainer. Serve hot or over ice.
