    1(28 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes
    1(16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee Country Trio blend vegetables
    1(32 oz) pkg Hy-Vee 33%-less-sodium chicken broth
    3 c.water
    1(15 oz) can Hy-Vee dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    ¾ c.dry Hy-Vee small shell pasta
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine tomatoes, vegetables, broth, beans and seasoning in a Dutch oven over high heat. Bring to a boil; stir in pasta.
    2. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
