    1 (12 oz) package reduced-carb spaghetti, cooked and drained according to package directions
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    5 c. diced tomatoes
    ½ tsp. fresh basil
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    5 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
    2. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Sauté another 3 minutes.
    3. Add pasta to skillet; toss well. Add chicken broth and stir.
    4. Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
