    1 spaghetti squash, washed
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. lean ground beef or turkey
    1 (25 oz) jar spaghetti sauce

    Directions

    1. With a fork, poke several holes in the squash. Place in the microwave on a paper towel. Microwave the squash on HIGH power for 10 to 15 minutes or until the squash is soft to the touch.
    2. Meanwhile, brown the meat. Add the spaghetti sauce. Heat the mixture.
    3. Once squash is cooked, cut open from top to bottom. Scoop out the seeds and discard them. Pull a fork through the squash insides to release the “noodles.”
    4. Serve sauce mixture over squash noodles.
