Servings and Ingredients
|1 spaghetti squash, washed|
|1 (16 oz.) pkg. lean ground beef or turkey|
|1 (25 oz) jar spaghetti sauce|
- With a fork, poke several holes in the squash. Place in the microwave on a paper towel. Microwave the squash on HIGH power for 10 to 15 minutes or until the squash is soft to the touch.
- Meanwhile, brown the meat. Add the spaghetti sauce. Heat the mixture.
- Once squash is cooked, cut open from top to bottom. Scoop out the seeds and discard them. Pull a fork through the squash insides to release the “noodles.”
- Serve sauce mixture over squash noodles.
