|1||small jar chopped pimientos|
|1||(7 oz) can tuna, drained|
|½ c.||sliced black olives|
|½ c.||chopped walnuts|
|handful(s)||chopped fresh parsley|
|8 to 12 oz shredded Swiss cheese|
|2 tbsp.||olive oil|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, combine scallions, pimientos, tuna, olives, walnuts, parsley and cheese.
- Stir olive oil and butter into cooked spaghetti. Stir in tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
